Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of leather goods and accessories.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across seasonal collections to advise clients on product features, craftsmanship, and styling.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation and store floor sets meet brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and perform cash handling and reconciliation when required.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, private appointments, and clienteling initiatives to grow the client base and drive repeat business.
  • Uphold brand and store standards for grooming, service etiquette, and workplace health and safety at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver luxury-level client service with a polished, professional presence.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Numerical accuracy and reliability in cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • High personal standards of grooming and presentation consistent with luxury retail expectations.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, or business preferred.
