Coach in New York is hiring a Sales Associate III to drive boutique sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that drives new and repeat sales through expert product knowledge and relationship-building (clienteling).
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, follow-up and in-store conversion.
  • Support omnichannel operations including processing e-commerce orders, ship-from-store, click-and-collect and returns with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and floor moves to present product assortments consistent with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage transactions, cash handling and POS operations while maintaining precise record-keeping and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues on selling techniques, clienteling best practices and daily store operations when required.
  • Maintain stockroom organisation, conduct inventory counts and support replenishment to optimise sell-through.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Strong attention to detail in merchandising, presentation and transaction handling.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and sustain long-term client relationships (clienteling).
  • Legal right to work in the hiring location.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail, fashion or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
