Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience to high-value and walk-in clients, building long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of Coach product categories.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and apparel to advise clients on craftsmanship, materials and styling.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect brand identity, including window displays, floor sets and replenishment.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, manage cash handling and process returns/exchanges in line with company policy.
  • Support inventory control activities, receive shipments, conduct stock counts and report discrepancies; uphold loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and coordinated marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
  • Strong clienteling ability: experience maintaining client records, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Numerical accuracy and integrity in handling transactions and basic reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; willingness to travel between local stores if required.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrable history of meeting sales KPIs and cultivating repeat clientele.

Education
