Coach in Lancaster, PA seeks a part-time Sales Associate III to deliver personalized luxury service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and the execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture customer data and convert engagements into sales.
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick-ups, returns, exchanges).
  • Maintain sales-floor and stockroom standards: cleanliness, organisation, stock levels and adherence to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional tasks, fostering a collaborative environment and participating in brand trainings and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally) and perform routine stockroom and floor tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • High level of professionalism with a customer‑centric demeanor and the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling or social/live‑stream commerce is preferred.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
