Coach seeks a Sales Associate III in Destin, FL — part-time role delivering luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service according to Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through individualized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling relevant product solutions.
  • Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pick-ups).
  • Use clienteling tools and social selling channels — including short-form video and live demos — to capture customer data and stimulate omnichannel engagement.
  • Support day-to-day store operations: inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash-wrap procedures and asset protection.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand training, store initiatives and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and basic retail technology.
  • Proven clienteling and data-acquisition capability; familiarity with social selling, short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak seasons.
  • Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of bending, kneeling and navigating stockroom/sales floor.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail or business is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Destin, Florida, USA, with easy access to Pensacola.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
