Coach is hiring a Sales Associate III in Destin, Florida (part-time). Front-line retail role delivering personalized, omnichannel luxury service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans and KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture client data and convert engagement into transactions.
  • Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive shipments, replenish stock, and participate in inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized, stocked and compliant with asset protection procedures.
  • Adapt selling techniques to dynamic store traffic, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and support teammates in other functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work toward individual and team KPIs.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in retail operations (regularly lift 25 lb, occasionally up to 50 lb; climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor/stockroom).
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated success in clienteling, meeting sales targets and operating omnichannel selling tools is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Destin, Florida, USA, with easy access to Pensacola.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
