Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach service and style standards.

  • Operate Mobile POS and in‑store POS systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling and short‑form video or live‑stream formats to capture client data and drive omni‑channel engagement.
  • Support day‑to‑day store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom management.
  • Maintain a well‑merchandised, organized and compliant sales floor; follow asset protection and retail policies.
  • Manage multiple customers with high energy and professionalism; adapt selling approach to traffic patterns and business priorities.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS (iPad/laptop), and basic digital literacy.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and data‑acquisition skills; social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demo experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capable of regular lifting of 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), and performing tasks that require bending, kneeling and climbing.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
