Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate III in Chicago, IL to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales at 444 N. Michigan Ave.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through proactive prospecting, cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and close omni‑channel sales.
  • Operate transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) while following POS and asset protection procedures.
  • Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, stockroom organization and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behavior to improve performance.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to use POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable with basic computer tasks and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and follow retail operating procedures.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Regular ability to lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
