Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate II in Tulalip, Washington (Seattle Outlets) to deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury retail service consistent with Coach standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through expert product knowledge, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks: transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash-wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization; adhere to asset protection, POS and store policies.
- Support inventory cycles, including shipment receipt, stock movement and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment and participate in brand training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and walkie-talkie use.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, climb, bend and maneuver within sales and stockroom areas.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping, short-form video or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail and familiarity with social selling or live-stream commerce is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
