Coach Sales Associate II — part-time retail role at Destiny USA, Syracuse, NY. Deliver personalised luxury service and omni‑channel sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised customer experiences consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support omni‑channel fulfilment.
- Leverage social selling and short-form video to engage customers and drive traffic and conversion.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain floor readiness and asset protection by following POS, cash handling and retail policies.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and participating in brand training and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and perform basic computer tasks using devices such as iPad and laptop.
- Demonstrated clienteling and customer relationship management skills; experience capturing customer data and executing follow-up.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and handling stockroom tasks.

Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
