Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store KPIs by developing personal sales plans and employing cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert omni‑channel leads.
  • Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and ensure the stockroom is organized, stocked and compliant with asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.
  • Work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; maintain professional composure and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships, close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Experience with clienteling and data acquisition; social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb, kneel).
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or accessories, with demonstrated omni‑channel selling, clienteling and the ability to meet individual sales targets.

Education
