Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Execute omni-channel selling activities using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert demand.
  • Complete daily store operations: transact purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups, manage cash wrap, process inventory and support replenishment.
  • Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; follow asset-protection, POS and retail policy procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking, and product movement; assist colleagues across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities while modelling a calm, professional and collaborative demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven competency operating POS systems and Mobile POS on devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
  • Strong English proficiency required for this role (EU applicants noted).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift routinely up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of bending, climbing and manoeuvring within salesfloor and stockroom environments.

Experience
