Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate II in Richmond, British Columbia — deliver upscale retail service, drive sales and support omni-channel clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and other transactional tools to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video/live-stream formats to capture customer data and stimulate omni-channel demand.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom management and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain high-floor energy and service standards while managing multiple customers; adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; provide and receive constructive feedback and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling and stock movement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Preferred: social selling experience, live-stream shopping or video demo proficiency, clienteling and data-acquisition experience.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail or fashion; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and familiarity with omni-channel retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, within easy reach of Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.85 to CAD 22 per hour.
