Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate II in Oxon Hill, MD (National Harbor). Deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the store ambassador and deliver the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards across all client interactions.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing individual sales plans and KPIs.
  • Engage omni-channel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking and managing product movement.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and work to individual and team KPIs.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
  • Physical capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail, social selling or live-stream shopping experience is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
