Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain alignment with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advisory services
  • Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, shelving products, and managing product movement
  • Provide cross-functional support to teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, adapt behavioral approaches, and maintain composure in high-pressure retail situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Capability to lift and carry merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.), occasionally up to 50 lbs., with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience

1 to 2 years of professional sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or upscale fashion environments. Experience with mobile point-of-sale systems, clienteling platforms, and omnichannel selling strategies strongly preferred. Familiarity with social media selling, live-stream shopping demonstrations, and short-form video content is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college education or relevant retail certification considered supplementary.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
