Coach — Sales Associate II (part-time) in North Conway, NH. Customer-facing sales support role with cash wrap, merchandising and stockroom responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients with professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with corporate policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, reconcile discrepancies, maintain stockroom order and execute replenishment to the sales floor.
- Support visual merchandising standards and perform merchandising updates to preserve brand presentation.
- Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards and capture permitted customer information to support CRM initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the local market and support store-level social media engagement when required.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and back‑of‑house.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to respond to customer requests and support peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and the competitive landscape.
- Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with POS/cash register systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and aptitude for multitasking in a high‑volume environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal trading days.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a busy sales environment.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); experience in luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
