Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and close omni‑channel sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickup) and support inventory cycles (receive, stock, replenish).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Adapt selling techniques to changing business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor, and maintain professional composure in high‑volume periods.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and execute personal sales strategies.
- Proficiency operating Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in the salesfloor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience preferred, with demonstrable results against sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
