Coach in North Bend, WA seeks a part-time Sales Associate II to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach styling and service standards.
  • Build and deepen client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy, adapting selling techniques to business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and product presentation; assist in inventory cycles and asset protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand trainings and initiatives, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency with iPad/laptop.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-capture skills; social media savviness and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capability to climb, bend and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ years in sales, preferably within luxury retail; experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/live‑stream commerce is an advantage.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
