  • Process sales transactions accurately, including payment handling, returns and gift wrap; reconcile cash and POS records.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock counts and loss-prevention practices.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams on launches, training and store KPI analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education; vocational or tertiary training in retail, fashion or business preferred.
  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, ideally 2+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with polished verbal presentation and professional grooming.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash, card and POS transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
