- Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock counts and loss-prevention practices.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams on launches, training and store KPI analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational or tertiary training in retail, fashion or business preferred.
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, ideally 2+ years in a client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with polished verbal presentation and professional grooming.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash, card and POS transactions.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Typically requires at least 2 years of direct luxury or premium retail sales experience with demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience in client relationship management.
Education
