Coach in New York seeks a Sales Associate II in New York, NY — provide elevated client service and achieve retail sales targets for a leading luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a refined, bespoke client experience that reflects the Coach brand and drives repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and personalised service.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining strict cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards to brand guidelines, including stock replenishment and store housekeeping.
  • Build and maintain client records using CRM tools; follow up on appointments, conversions and after‑sales service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership on promotions, inventory cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
  • Professional, polished appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Numerical literacy and experience handling cash and POS transactions with accuracy.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and peak seasons.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience
