Coach is hiring a Sales Associate II in New York, NY — deliver luxury client service and drive in-store sales for Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build lasting relationships with high-value and repeat customers.
  • Drive store sales and achieve individual and team KPIs through proactive clienteling, client outreach and follow-up.
  • Conduct on-floor merchandising and visual standards execution to maintain brand presentation and product integrity.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and adhere to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients effectively.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and assisting with stocktakes.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop sales initiatives, client events and in-store activation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods; reliable punctuality.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
