Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience through personalised clienteling and attentive service to drive sales and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while accurately processing transactions and maintaining point-of-sale procedures.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to advise clients and upsell relevant assortments.
- Support visual merchandising standards: maintain curated displays, ensure store presentation and execute seasonal floor moves.
- Manage inventory and stockroom activities, including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink prevention.
- Capture and update client data in CRM, follow up on leads, and coordinate after-sales service and repairs as required.
- Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events and loss-prevention procedures to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business preferred.
- Demonstrable retail sales aptitude with a focus on delivering luxury service and achieving commercial objectives.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to work a retail shift pattern.
- Professional presentation, polished communication skills and a client-first demeanour.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably with a luxury, premium or designer brand, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and proficiency in customer service.
Education
