Role & Responsibilities

  • Capture and update client data in CRM, follow up on leads, and coordinate after-sales service and repairs as required.
  • Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events and loss-prevention procedures to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business preferred.
  • Demonstrable retail sales aptitude with a focus on delivering luxury service and achieving commercial objectives.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to work a retail shift pattern.
  • Professional presentation, polished communication skills and a client-first demeanour.

Experience
