Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised clienteling and exceptional in-store service to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, cross-selling and proactive outreach to VIP and potential clients.
  • Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards, executing floor moves, window displays and product rotations to maximise sell-through.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle transactions, process returns/exchanges and ensure secure cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Support inventory control activities, including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing initiatives, client events and product launches; participate in training and development programmes.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium fashion, leather goods or accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards; ability to represent the Coach aesthetic and service values.
