Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and strategic clienteling.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across seasonal collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients effectively.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, replenishment and display integrity.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and manage daily cash handling procedures.
  • Support inventory control, including stock receiving, cycle counts and shrink-prevention measures.
  • Contribute to store operations such as opening/closing procedures, loss prevention and compliance with brand policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion preferred.
  • Approximately 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the United States and ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing and frequent lifting.

Experience

Approximately two or more years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with proven success in client acquisition and sales attainment.
