Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service that fosters long-term relationships and client retention in a luxury retail environment.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, upselling and conversion of walk-in traffic.
  • Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising and product presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle returns and ensure accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
  • Support inventory control and stock replenishment, participate in stock counts and maintain back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Stay product‑knowledgeable across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections and communicate features and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Participate in training initiatives, team meetings and local store events to drive traffic and enhance the client experience.
  • Uphold loss-prevention, safety and operational procedures to protect brand assets and provide a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion accessories.
  • Demonstrable clientelling ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort with point-of-sale technology and basic cash-handling procedures.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and seasonal peak periods.

Experience
