Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling and consultative selling.
- Maintain intimate product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients effectively.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and floor moves to ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store POS; manage cash handling and receipts.
- Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention protocols and store operational procedures while maintaining a polished professional appearance.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet operational targets, assist with events and contribute to a positive in-store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience; luxury or premium fashion experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering consultative client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, service-oriented demeanour.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country.
