Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and develop long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting foot traffic and cultivating repeat customers.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect brand positioning and seasonal directives.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, transfers and cycle counts.
  • Maintain store housekeeping, adherence to loss-prevention protocols and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in product and sales training, and contribute to team briefings and store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results in a retail setting.
  • Professional, polished presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and tact.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories; a track record of meeting sales KPIs and delivering high-touch client service is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
