Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service to a high-value customer base, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business through proactive clienteling.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs, including conversion, average unit retail (AUR) and units per transaction.
- Execute luxury visual merchandising and maintain immaculate store presentation in accordance with brand standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges; perform cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation accurately.
- Manage inventory tasks including replenishment, receiving, stock counts and supporting loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate and support in-store events, private appointments and VIP experiences to enhance client engagement.
- Coach and mentor less-experienced sales staff when required and contribute to on-floor training and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client confidentiality standards and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or merchandising preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of frontline retail experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments. Demonstrated success driving sales, using POS/CRM systems and delivering elevated client service; supervisory or mentorship experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or merchandising is advantageous.
