Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, upselling and follow-up to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge.
  • Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards and execute floor moves, displays and seasonal resets in accordance with brand directives.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage cash handling, returns and refunds with attention to compliance and loss prevention.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage mitigation.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on daily operations, team communication and ad-hoc tasks to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for client-focused retail sales; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse clientele.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail and proven capability in cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Legal right to work in the hiring country.

Experience
