Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury fashion or specialty boutiques, preferably 1–3 years or more.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage a varied client portfolio.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail sales training is an advantage.
