Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service through proactive clienteling to acquire, retain and grow high-value customers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and upselling of product and services.
  • Manage POS transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines and execute product launches.
  • Support inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving shipments, cycle counts and store-level stock control.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing, events and client outreach; contribute to a high-performing sales floor culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication, numeracy and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Professional appearance and comportment consistent with a luxury retail environment.

Experience
