Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience consistent with luxury retail standards and Coach brand values.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships via proactive clienteling, follow-up communications and personalised service.

- Participate in store events, VIP appointments and omnichannel fulfilment activities (click-and-collect, returns handling) as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with demonstrable results in meeting sales targets.
- Experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver discreet, personalised client service.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and transaction processing; attention to detail in merchandising and stock tasks.
