Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling, and cross-selling of leather goods and accessories.
- Execute clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment management and maintaining accurate client records to maximise lifetime value.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor presentation consistent with brand guidelines to optimise product storytelling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss prevention and teamwork to ensure a high-functioning boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport with discerning clientele and to close sales.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and inventory control.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of hands-on retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion boutiques and demonstrated consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion, or business is advantageous.
