Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences to drive store revenue and long-term client retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, ensuring a compelling floor environment.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and perform end-of-day reconciliation as required.
- Build and manage a personal client book; schedule appointments and support private client events and trunk shows.
- Support stockroom operations including inventory intake, replenishment, stock counts and shrink prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to execute promotions, seasonal launches and local marketing initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to brand policies, loss prevention protocols and retail compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury sales preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable sales results in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and polished presentation appropriate for a luxury brand.

Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Formal retail, merchandising or luxury sales training is advantageous.
