Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Coach product categories through proactive client engagement, personalized clienteling, and achievement of individual and store targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships including follow-up communications, appointments, and after‑sales service.
  • Deliver elevated in-store experiences consistent with brand standards, including visual merchandising, product presentation, and store upkeep.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately: process transactions, returns, exchanges and maintain cash-handling integrity.
  • Support inventory control activities: receiving, restocking, stock counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with the store team on marketing initiatives, client events, and local sales campaigns.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients effectively.
  • Adhere to corporate policies for service standards, brand protection and compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; preferably 1–3 years in luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality, retail or fashion qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain presentation and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
