Coach seeks a Sales Associate II in New York, NY to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and support flagship store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective product presentation.
  • Execute daily clienteling activities including follow-up communications, appointment bookings and CRM updates.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and periodic stock counts.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to share product knowledge, support promotions and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach and polished professional demeanour.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the role's country of employment.

Experience
