Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value clients and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge.
  • Conduct transactions accurately using the store POS, manage cash and complete end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise presentation to brand guidelines, including window and floor displays.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Update CRM and sales reporting systems with client data, purchase history and outreach activity.
  • Support store operations and team performance by participating in training, coaching junior staff and sharing best practices.
  • Represent the brand during in-store events and collaborative initiatives with marketing and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, business or fashion preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling, stock reconciliation and reporting.

Experience
