Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by executing consultative selling techniques and promoting full-price transactions.

- Contribute to in-store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with demonstrable results in a premium or luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage client relationships.
- Numerate and detail-oriented; comfortable handling transactions and basic reconciliations.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Professional presentation, dependable attendance and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories; prior experience with handbags or leather goods is advantageous and a proven track record of meeting sales targets is expected.
