Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term customer relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of product assortments.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to luxury retail standards, including visual merchandising, product placement and housekeeping.
  • Execute accurate point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges while adhering to cash-handling and POS procedures.
  • Support inventory processes including stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention practices.
  • Participate in store-level events, private appointments and promotional initiatives to maximise client acquisition and retention.
  • Comply with loss-prevention policies, brand standards and local regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform administrative tasks as delegated by store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in retail sales; prior experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and strong client-facing presence.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
