Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term customer relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of product assortments.
- Maintain boutique presentation to luxury retail standards, including visual merchandising, product placement and housekeeping.
- Execute accurate point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges while adhering to cash-handling and POS procedures.
- Support inventory processes including stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention practices.
- Participate in store-level events, private appointments and promotional initiatives to maximise client acquisition and retention.
- Comply with loss-prevention policies, brand standards and local regulatory requirements at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform administrative tasks as delegated by store leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in retail sales; prior experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and strong client-facing presence.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets; experience in high-end or lifestyle brands preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury brand training advantageous.
