Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized service to a discerning clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and apparel to advise clients and drive conversions.
  • Manage client records and follow up using CRM tools and clienteling best practices to maximise lifetime value.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, card and gift receipts securely.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including window displays and floor sets, to uphold brand image.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, trunk shows and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or post‑secondary coursework is an advantage.
  • Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or leather goods.
  • Proven sales performance with a demonstrable ability to build and retain client relationships.
