Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and cross-selling of product categories.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining strong cash-handling discipline.

- Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Execute omnichannel fulfilment tasks such as ship-from-store, click-and-collect and order management as required.

- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting peers, participating in team briefings and adapting to operational needs (e.g., peak periods, events).

Experience
1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with demonstrated sales performance and client development.
Education
