Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to affluent and new clients to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling of handbags, leather goods and accessories.
- Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records to support outreach, appointments and follow-ups.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to company cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique appearance and visual merchandising standards, including window displays, product presentation and stock presentation.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts while observing loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in store events, product launches and training sessions; act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable results against sales targets.
- Proven track record of clienteling and delivering high-touch service to discerning customers.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; reliable and punctual.
- Right to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of luxury or premium-brand retail sales experience, including clienteling, achieving sales targets and operating in a boutique environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, fashion or customer-service training preferred.
