Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and in-store conversions.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Coach collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients effectively.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain boutique presentation and ensure stock is replenished and merchandised according to brand directives.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS), process transactions accurately, handle cash and returns following company procedures.
- Support store events, trunk shows and private appointments; collaborate with the team on promotional activities and elevated client experiences.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, inventory control and security protocols while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing retail or sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or premium retail brands.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods; reliable punctuality and professionalism.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred, with demonstrable results in meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
