Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience consistent with Coach brand standards; build and maintain a clienteling pipeline to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with store policy.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the selling floor reflects current brand presentation and inventory levels.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and basic loss-prevention measures.
  • Contribute to store events, private appointments and omnichannel fulfilment activities (e.g., ship-from-store, buy-online-pickup-in-store).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand experience preferred.
  • Proven track record meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional grooming, excellent interpersonal communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
