Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to affluent and local clients, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Drive and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product storytelling focused on leather goods and accessories.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately, and manage client data in accordance with CRM procedures and privacy standards.
- Maintain luxury brand visual merchandising and floor standards, ensuring displays are immaculate and product assortments are market-ready.
- Support store operations including stock receiving, inventory control, stockroom organisation and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
- Participate in promotional activities, product launches and events; represent the brand with professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and cash-handling procedures and escalate operational issues to management.
- Attend product and sales training programmes and contribute to a collaborative retail team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or business preferred.
- Previous retail experience, ideally 1–3 years in luxury or premium brands, with demonstrable sales results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Reliable numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Professional presentation consistent with luxury-brand standards.

Experience
1–3 years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion house; proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
