Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service through personalised clienteling, relationship building and follow-up to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.

  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and shrink prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and leadership on promotional activity, store events and client outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in mandatory training, brand initiatives and adopt standards for loss prevention, health & safety and store operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, demonstrating consistently strong customer service and sales results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, goal orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team-based retail environment.
  • Professional presentation and a polished, client-facing demeanour appropriate to a luxury boutique.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
