Coach in New York, NY seeks a Sales Associate II to drive sales and deliver elevated client service in a flagship retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and develop repeat clientele through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs while promoting full-price selling and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date, in-depth product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients expertly.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, exchanges and returns, and reconcile cash handling procedures.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and basic stock organisation.
- Contribute to loss-prevention initiatives and comply with company policies, audit protocols and safety standards.
- Participate in store events, product launches and team training sessions to enhance brand activation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relationship-management skills.
- Professional presentation, polished grooming and strong customer-facing etiquette.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively within a small retail team.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience is required; prior experience with luxury or premium fashion brands and leather goods is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
