Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and develop repeat clientele through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs while promoting full-price selling and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date, in-depth product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients expertly.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, exchanges and returns, and reconcile cash handling procedures.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and basic stock organisation.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention initiatives and comply with company policies, audit protocols and safety standards.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and team training sessions to enhance brand activation and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relationship-management skills.
  • Professional presentation, polished grooming and strong customer-facing etiquette.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively within a small retail team.

Experience
